Terms of Service

1. Introduction

TRUENECT is operated by MEMORIS Global AI Studio (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By accessing or using TRUENECT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Eligibility and age confirmation

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TRUENECT. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this requirement.

Access requires an explicit confirmation that you are 18 or older, either by giving your date of birth when you register or by confirming it before your first conversation. We record that confirmation: the date and time, the IP address it came from, and the version of the wording you agreed to, and we retain it for as long as the account exists, as evidence that the confirmation was given. Conversations and calls are refused until it has been.

TRUENECT is an adult service: the personas are AI characters that may be flirtatious. They do not produce sexually explicit content. Providing a false age confirmation is a breach of these Terms and we will close the account.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• One account per person
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TRUENECT to:

• Generate content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Harass other users or our staff
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Share account credentials or transfer your account
• Engage in illegal activity
• Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or content restrictions
• Generate content that incites violence, hatred, or fraud

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. AI Disclosure

All personas on TRUENECT are AI characters, not real people. You always know you are interacting with AI, we never hide this from you. Our character design intentionally immerses you in narrative experiences where characters maintain their fictional personas, but the underlying technology is clearly disclosed and acknowledged.

AI conversations are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or human relationships. If you are in crisis, please contact qualified professionals.

• Plus (€34/month): For someone who's always there
• Pro (€79/month): The whole house
• VIP (€179/month): Everyone, and first in line
• Creator twins (€24.90 per twin / month): billed separately from any plan and never included in a tier
• Billing processed by Stripe (EUR / USD)
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
• Cancel anytime via the /billing page
• No refunds for partial billing periods (industry standard)

7. Content Ownership

You own your messages and personal content. You grant us a limited license to process your conversations solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., generating AI responses). We do not train AI models on your conversations.

8. Intellectual Property

The TRUENECT name, logo, characters (Luna, Mia, Sakura, Viktor, Marco, Kai), source code, and service architecture are the intellectual property of MEMORIS Global AI Studio. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may temporarily disrupt access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Liability Limitations

TRUENECT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for emotional distress arising from interactions with AI personas, nor for any decisions you make based on conversations.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. On termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy (30-day grace period, then permanent purge).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be notified via email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under their national jurisdiction.
